WHO AM I?
I’m striving to live a whole and balanced lifestyle, while planting seeds for others to do the same. I’m a INFJ, Holistic/Positive Vibes/Entrepreneurial/Personal Power Type Woman.
WHAT’S UP WITH THE NAME OF THIS SITE?
I’d heard about aromatherapy and essential oils for a long time. I really wasn’t into it because I was busy learning about herbs, supplements, and other things. I said that one day I would learn about it, but in my mind I really didn’t think it was necessary.
Long story short, as time went on I began hearing more and more about these methods. I still didn’t think it was necessary for me because anything I needed I knew what kind of tea, tincture, or dry herb to use.
Then an issue popped up and the things I tried weren’t giving me the desired results. I thought back to a lady I had met years before talking about her success with oils, and that is what made me decide to look into it.
Solfeggio frequencies, rife frequencies, binaural beats, isochoric tones are all a staple in my household. I use them for meditation, focus, relaxation, to change the mood, and to assist with ailments. Everything is about energy, frequency, and vibration.
I’m very thankful that I found out about these things because they’ve been a big help to me. Perhaps one day I’ll tell that story.
Crystals and stones – either you love them, hate them, or don’t give a darn. Some people think that you are off your rocker if you use crystals purposes beyond decoration. I’m not going to try and change their minds because this zone is not for that type of vibe.
Speaking of vibes, that’s all crystals are about …vibration. Everything has a vibration or frequency to it. So, there’s nothing “magical or mystical” about stones unless everything is magical and mystical which is a possibility.
I look at it like this – this is the stone, this is what it is used for, this is the process for using it. Try it and see if it helps you. If not, then okay. If it does, then I’m glad you gave it a chance.
That’s what this site is all about. My life and my experiences with embracing a holistic lifestyle. I don’t believe that one size fits all, so I’m happy that we are in an age where people can take a peek into perspectives they may not have been exposed to before.
